A huge perk to staying in a ski-in/ski-out
Is that you can easily hit the snow just as the gondolas open up
At 8:30 in the morning,
There aren’t very many people out
And we had the mountains to ourselves
It was a little icy
But that didn’t slow us down…
Literally.
It was cold enough we skied/boarded alllll the way down to the bottom
And then rode allll the way back up!
It’s hard to beat the views on a ski lift
We took the Peak to Peak again today
And the slowpokes
Got to try out the runs
The speedsters had been talking about
It was an awesome day.
We headed down for our Apres
Had some dinner at the brewery from last night
(We even had the same waitress at High Mountain—
And she remembered us!)
Before taking one last dip in the hot tub
We’re going to miss these nightly soaks!
