Happy 3rd Birthday Jack!

Today for my birthday, we went out to eat at my favorite Spin Pizza.

I had pepperoni pizza and my favorite blue gelato.

But the great day didn't stop there.

Mom and Dad decorated the house for me.

And there was a PRESENT!!!

A "helicopter" just like at preschool!!!

I took it for a test drive in the basement.

Everyone wanted a ride!

Dad was really enjoying it!

I finally got it back, all to myself.

It goes pretty fast this way...

...but really fast this way!

I love it!

Special birthday suprise

As a special treat on my birthday,

Dad came and picked me for a lunch date down at Union Station.

Do you know what they have at Union Station???

TRAINS!!!

We saw all the cool trains at the Christmas exhibit.

I needed to stop at each one.

Then it was time for lunch.

We were going to go to this little diner down there, but it had closed.

What was opened, you ask?

Peirponts!!!

(Peirponts is a very fancy restaurant with some pretty expensive food.

Not every 3 year old can handle a place like this.

I did just fine!)

Enchiladas?

No, we didn't have turkey.

And we didn't have Great Grandpa's plastic handle.

We had chicken enchilada's for Thanksgiving with Dad's family!

Silly, right?

It's not about the food...

...it's about the family!

And of course the DESSERT!!!

Thanksgiving night, we went to Grandma Janice's house f

or dinner with all the Woods family (that would be Mom's side).

It was a night filled with toys, food, and best of all family.

A blast from the past...really it was that fun!

Back in August, Mom and Dad's friends Chip and Chris came to visit.

I got to play with their kids, Kaitlyn and Cohen.

They were SOOOO FUN!!!

(The babies, West and Kylie hung out together too.)

We had ice cream from the ice cream man.

We went to Paradise Park.

We got to do some cooking...

...and some face painting.

Everyone got into it.

And most fun of all, we went to Crown Center to eat at the train restaurant (Fritz's) and play in the fountains.

Sometimes they were off...

...and sometimes they were on!

It was so much fun!

At least once a week, I still ask when our friends are coming to visit again.

A Trip to CoMo

Mom and Dad had an adults only trip to Columbia this weekend for the

K-State vs. MU game

(West and I stayed with Grandma P).

They said it was cold in the stands, but the win against the Wildcats kept them warm.

After the game, the whole crew went for pizza at Shakespears

(no trip to Mizzou is complete without that!).

Everyone had a great time.

Houdini

Yes, it is I, the great Houdini re-incarnate.

For my first trick, I will free myself of my pajamas without unbuttoning or unzipping anything (We found him in the morning just like this).

For my next trick, I will poop on my clothes without getting my diaper dirty...

Although, he has a rather mischievous look about him.
