Family fieldtrip day...Fish and Chips

We hit the aquarium today!

I liked the touch pool

with all the sea stars

And the rays and sharks swimming overhead were pretty cool too

We're in the tank!

Mom loved to watch the jellies

And watch the rays swim in their big tank

Beck was there!

He enjoyed nursing with the seahorses

and swimming here with the fish

West liked the sandbox full of buried bones

We had lunch at Crayola Cafe

Mmmm!

And topped it off with candy from Chips Chocolate Factory

Fish and Chips?

Sounds like a good day!

Jack's 2nd Graduation

You have to be pretty special to graduate from preschool twice!

(Or else switch schools at the end of the school year...)

The fam was all there!

Ms. Debbie gave me a few words of wisdom

I was just excited to wear the gown and tassel again!

Mom and Dad were so proud

And so were Grandma Phyllis, West, and Grandma J

Do I get two high school graduations too?

How about college?

B at 5 weeks...

I still like to sleep a lot

then I eat and sleep some more

My brothers help me with my tummy time

(I can get my head up just enough to turn to the other side)

I'm up to 10 pounds!

No smiles quite yet,

but I'm getting close

I get Mom up twice at night,

but with a face like this,

who wouldn't be excited to see me at 4am?

We had to check out the instructions...

But soon we were 

thumb wrestling fools!

Bug busters

While Mom and Dad enjoyed some quiet time and played washers...

We hunted for bugs!

Check out my katydid

West got a few spiders

But when Chelsea joined in,

it got a lot more exciting...

We caught not 1,

but 2 lizards!!!

Pest problem?

We are the team to call!

On the water

We were all dying to get out on the water!!!

Our Fieldtrip this week was a big boys only fishing trip

Dad was pretty exhausted after this one!

We all headed out for a ride and a swim

Beckett had his first voyage

Staying cool and out of the sun!

I LOVE to go fast!

We ALL love to go fast!

Once back in action,

we swam with Cousin Chelsea

And Aunt Mandy

It was a bit cold,

but darn it, it's summer!

We are swimming!

Fun at the Lake

It started off with a nap...

But we revved up fast for fun at the Cabin!

We did some coloring on the porch

Had drinks on the patio

Took some snoozes

We found a turtle!

We named him Rabbit

because he was really fast

We kept it upside down so he had shade and grass and bugs to eat

We pretended to take the 4-wheeler for a drive

And of course there was a LOT of Ranger riding!

The Cheese Factory is always a hit

We love to have some "tries" of cheese

Aunt Mandy bought us some candy--

gummy worms that glow with their special tweezers

Beckett enjoyed the weekend...

He felt better after some quality bro time

One of the biggest hits of the weekend

was breaking out Weston's new snow cone maker

Double fisting snow cone

and s'mores?

Awesome.
