New Year's fun

We had a pajama party for New Year's this year at our neighbor's house

Even I got to join in!

We did our thing,

playing in the sand

watching movies

The adults did their thing,

chatting and playing cards

A few of us made it to midnight

Some did not

It was pretty magical!

Christmas Day fun

Christmas morning???

Santa brought a ride-on for B,

a camera for Jack,

and desk for me.

WHOA!!!

And my BELL!!!

So.  Cool.

There were a lot of great gifts

B really loved his backpack from Jack and me

But better than all the gifts were all the thanks

And hugs

And love.

Grandma and Grandpa,

Aunt Mandy and soon-to-be Uncle Kurt

came over for breakfast

and more gifts.

B was a fan of the Chiefs jersey

And we all got luggage for our next trip to Cody

And sleeping bags for our next campout

But the happiest person this Christmas

was Uncle Kurt

in the TMNT PJ's we got him!

In Woods Family tradition,

we all gathered on Christmas Eve

to celebrate family and good times

There was lively discussion

It was a lot of fun

Merry Christmas Eve!

Dinner and horses on the Plaza

A fancy dinner out

and some fancy lights

is just what we need this time of year.

So we put on our best,

bundled up,

and hit the Plaza!

We had dinner at Brio.

The lasagna was delish,

and I LOVED my kids salmon.

But the best part?

When I sang jingle bells and played guitar

with the bar singer.

He even gave me his pick!!!

Then we walked to Cheesecake Factory

and enjoyed some time together

and of course, some cheesecake!

But wait!

There's more!

The Plaza's not complete with a carriage ride!

We met Titus

and hit the road in a Cinderella carriage

Everyone had a good time

Even all us boys enjoyed the Cinderella fun

This is becoming my favorite time of year!

Let the Christmas Season begin!

Smoothing everything into one day can be hard,

so we started celebrating Christmas

over a few days.

First up,

the Reeds!

Even Great Uncle Tom and Aunt Tootsie

came down to KC for the action

Kayla is ready!

I'm not suppose to lay on them?

Oh, now I've got it!

My new cape was a big hit.

Anything my brothers have,

I NEED too!

There were lots of cool gifts--

a giant inflatable hamster ball,

a zipline,

a new play kitchen

but the favorite was the karaoke machine

We could sing the night away!
