Bring on 2019!

We started the day with
d-nuts in P-Js
because that's how all NYE's should start!

We ended it with a Mexican fiesta

a whole lotta playtime

 some games

a little dancing

and some bubbly

Good-bye 2018!
It's been a great year!

A little more holiday fun

Just because Christmas is over,
doesn't mean the fun is.

Mom and Dad took us to Main Event
for some bowling

and arcade fun

We won some tickets,
earned some free games,
and had one heck of a time

Letting the good times roll!
Get it?

COOP!

We are so excited
to announce
our first cousin on Mom's side:
Cooper Micheal!

He's pretty stinking cute

We haven't met him yet,
but we hear he sleeps and eats.
All.  The.  Time.

If you think this is cute,
hold on to your seats...

I know, right?

How sweet are they?
Welcome, Coop!
We can't wait to inaugurate
our Fifth Amigo!

Enjoying the gifts

We were really excited
to have nothing to do today
but play with all our new stuff.

Jack put together his
US Capital lego set
(yep, in a matter of a few hours)

We did a lot of digging
with our dinos and gems sets

Tuck got his own
Xbox controller
so he can join us in Minecraft.
(Ok, a 3 year old can't really
play Minecraft
but he's really excited to be
part of the group)

Tuck enjoyed a lot of his gifts--
he spent the day all dressed up
in his boots, hat and new flannel shirt

and cousin Aaron
sent us a picture of him
all blinged out
in his new beard ornaments and lights!
It was a good Christmas, to be sure.

A Goofy Christmas (and this time we don't mean Disney!)

Christmas night means a trip
to Grandma Phyllis and Papa Kim's house.

There were lots of shrimp and crab legs,
plenty of gifts
(Tuck was over the moon
to get his very own
Black Panther costume)

and a whole lotta silliness.

We played a game called
Googly Eyes
where you have to wear these glasses
that make it really hard to see
and draw a picture for your team to guess.

The glasses are
REALLY becoming on everyone!

But I think I wore them best
It was a pretty hilarious night

Holidays are like that!

A Christmas 12 months in the making

We woke up Mom and Dad
at exactly 8:00 with a bright and loud
"Merry Christmas!" as we stood at the foot of their bed

Then,
we trooped to the stairs
and waited for the "OK"

Let's go see what Santa brought!

As usual,
he didn't disappoint!

T and B got hermit crabs:
meet Towel

and Vincent
(named after our cousin)

and B got Chocolate (the white and black shell)
and Fly Guy (not pictured)

Jack and I got new fancy Fitbits

We opened our gifts from each other next.
I came up with some really thoughtful gifts this year.
Beck got a dinosaur shirt

Jack got a cruise ship lamp

Tuck got a Lego Darth Vader watch
and some Paw Patrol toys.

My brothers got me
my very own Red Rider BB gun

Dad was excited about his tire cover
and Jeep gear

I surprised Grandpa with a new money clip
and he surprised me with my own
pocket knife

and everyone else
got their own money clip

and Tucker got a new
cowboy hat

Mom could hardly stand it anymore.
She said it was time to get
to the Big Gift.

What kind of a Big Gift
could come in such a small bag?

It's DISNEY!

Matching shirts,
ears,
autograph books,
and gift cards

Turns out,
she started planning this
the day after Christmas last year.
Hotel, meals, FastPasses...
everything is planned!

and we are down to 60 days to go

Did we mention
Grandma and Grandpa are coming too???
We could not be more excited!!!
