After a great day hiking,
it was nice to come back to the homestead
There's a Halloween party to get to!
We set off camper to camper
to trick or treat.
Our costumes were a big hit
After a big haul,
we came back and played
a gambling/betting game
that Mom and Dad couldn't follow...
but it kept us busy for over an hour!
It was a beautiful evening
on the shores of the Black River!
As the sun went down,
we put on our gear again
and chowed down
so we could get over to the bonfire!
After all that candy,
some not-so-awesome campfire cinnamon rolls,
but a lot of fun around our fire,
we were beat.
We all actually asked to go to bed!
Now we really wish we could have come for more than 2 days!
