Keeping with this year's theme
of trying something new,
we headed to Powell Gardens
for their 2nd annual Festival of Lights.
It started with some
very intense ornament-making
Everyone hard at work
They turned out pretty well!
And then,
it was off to the lights!
We started with the
indoor arboretum
that even had a huge train set up
But then,
we headed outside...
There were lots of cool displays
A little "candy" house
A cool train
And even a Magic Tree

This HUGE tunnel was cool
It was like daylight inside!
And we really liked the
milk carton igloo
But the water lilies
in the light pond
was everyone's favorite.

We're finding all sorts
of new things
to make annual traditions!
