We had 5 games this weekend.
It was quite the finale.
I was psyched to finish the season strong
with my Pirates
One last team huddle
One cool trophy
(and a great pic
with Coaches Jacob and Mick)
And one tasty trip to Custard's
with the team to celebrate!
We had some time to kill
between all the games
so we took some gater rides
and went to feed the bison
They were hungry!
There was even a brand-new,
hours-old baby bison!!!
Who's photobombing who?
Back to the games...
(although we may be wishing
they were over)
Jack had a tournament,
which meant 4 games
in 2 days
There were lots of ups and downs
with lots of pep talks.
The highlight of the weekend?
When he told Mom that he actually had
a lot of fun playing soccer.
Mom almost fell over.
Looks like we may be back next year
after all!
