Tonight we got together with our swim buddies
one last time
to celebrate our 3rd place finish
and all our PRs.
They gave out the character awards too--
and I was the 8 and under boys' winner!
Coach said she was really proud
of my commitment to practice every day,
come cold or rain or whatever.
Mom and Dad said THEY should be the ones
getting the award.
Glad I'm putting on a good face for the team.
Before we disappeared into the buffet of desserts
and pool shenanigans with our friends,
we got some group pictures:

the 11-12 boys
and the 13-14 boys
Jackson was sealed into high school swim team
when Mom asked Coach why Jack should swim
and she said "Why would you NOT?"
