Kindergarten kindness

Today was Thankful Thursday.

I could pick anyone in the school

to send a note to

to tell them I'm thankful for them.

I knew just who to pick.

I made a card with a 

sweatshirt

and a unicorn

and some kind words

and one more unicorn

and delivered it to Weston.

He's a pretty great brother.

Soccer, soccer, soccer

The season is in full swing.

With 3 of us playing,

there's a lot of soccer-filled weekends.

I'm on a new team this year--

the Phantoms.

I wasn't sure I liked it at first.

The coaches really push us.

But now I've decided they push us

in a good way.

I'm hustling, dribbling,

and learning a lot about field position

And I was even selected as MVP

in my second game!

Weston's Legends team

is having a pretty good season

He's thinking this might be his last season

in club soccer

He's got some good friends on this team

And B?

Still a Pirate!

Working on skills

and hustle

 We definitely have a

Soccer Mom (and Dad)

this year!

A cowboy minecraft birthday

We've got a banner...

We've got a PARTY!

Beckett's friends from school were there

Grandpa, Grandma, and Meemaw

Even Cooper!

We had some singing

and some wishes

and a bit of snacking

 There were presents

But what we really came for

is the pool!

Now this is a birthday party!

Everyone had a good time

Especially T and me

and my friends

Happy #4 and #6, T and B!!!

We've been practicing for this

for MONTHS

and I'm so excited it's here--

the 3rd grade musical:

I found my family in the crowd

and sang my heart out!

Songs from Rent, Lion King,

Little Mermaid, Hairspray,

Beauty and the Beast, and Charlie Brown.

I even had lines!

Thanks for coming to see me!

And as you know,

in this family,

we celebrate performances with

ice cream.

Given my sweet tooth,

that may be the whole reason

I performed...

One night,

Beckett got invited to a party

at Sky Zone.

We decided to make it a family outing

and we all jumped.

Exhausting and fun.

and warrior worthy

And the adorable finale?

Me and Dad's ukulele.
