The Council of Coffeewalkers
We’re up and about every morning at the Cabin.
It’s nice to start your day with a walk.
We had a new friend with us this time—
Can you see his tail?
He’s a very friendly dog from up the road.
He had no tags, so we named him Frank.
With our exercise done for the day,
It was time for some floating
And a lot of hanging with the family
Klusmeyers, Stigges,
Mema and Pappo,
Steve, Carol, Jake and Lexy
Almost everyone was there!
Cole had never wakeboarded before
But was a good snowboarder.
We offered to take him for a spin
Even with a board that was way too small,
He made it look easy.
We all needed another turn
With watersports
The water was too perfect not to
Then it was back to the cabin—
Because we had a LOT of stuff to blow up
The Boys
(Jack, Wes, Beck, Tuck, and Cole)
Were in charge of buying the supply this year
As well as shooting it all off
(With some help from Cooper and Ian)
Despite a lot of heckling from the crowd
And a few misfires (not their fault),
It was a great show.
