Train Tradition

We have a lot of holiday traditions--

Christmas in the Sky,

Christmas in the Park,

Plaza lights.

But one of the favorites

is Union Station with Grammy J and Grandpa Mike!

We explored Crown Center

And of course ate at Fritz's

And then we hit the trains!

Aren't they cool???

There were TONS of trains!

There were lots of Lego cities too

Beck liked the hidden land

under the trains.

It was just his height

We even got to ride a train!

 The finale though

came on the freight bridge...

Do you see it coming???

Now that was a good day!

Isn't family time fun?

What is that thing?

I've had a bump on my head

on the left side

since I was born.

We met with a plastic surgeon a few weeks ago

who said it was a dermal cyst.

For surgical planning,

I had to get a head CT.

Mom got me to sleep...

Going in

And I slept through the whole thing!

Let's hope the surgery goes as smoothly!

Learning to share

I'm pretty sure Mom and Dad got this out for me...

I guess I'll wait my turn!

Reeds' Christmas

Christmas #1 = success!

Beautiful day

Breakfast with Santa was a big hit.

We were in such good moods

and the weather was so nice

and Powell Gardens is so pretty,

we decided to make the most of it

and look around a bit.

Not feeling too photogenic here

(at least the "Littles" aren't)

Important conversations

We met with the Big Man himself today!

I had a lot to tell him.

I want a Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer

for Christmas.

Wes got all choked up.

He asked for "surprises"

Jack was sure this wasn't the real Santa.

Not even a Helper Santa.

But just in case,

he let him know he wants a drone.

And the "taxes" paid for it too.

Oh, I am SO excited!

It's my Christmas Program.

I'm singing Jingle Bells!

I've been practicing for weeks!

The whole family turned out for the event!

This calls for celebratory ice cream!
