Starting up the fall traditions...Oktoberfest is here!

It was a rather cold day,
but that didn't stop us
from checking out all the fun
in downtown tonight.

Mom and Dad give us each a few bucks--
for games, prizes, whatever--and once it's gone,
it's gone.

After some pondering,
I decided a pony ride
is DEFINITELY worth my money

Do you think it's Cash's little brother?

That was awesome!
Lessons may need to be in my future

Next we stopped to feed some animals.
Weston was generous
and bought us all a little cup of food

The goats were of course the pushiest

They were glad to see us

Look who else was glad to see us??
It was a Boo and Mrs. Angela reunion!

We had some grub
at Stuey's
and now on to the rides!

Wes, T and I flew
the helicopters

OH!
I think we need to do this next

Me

T

Wes

Jack wasn't into the motorcycles.
He did the slide a few times
instead

We topped off the night
with dessert at Third Street Social

and some selfies

Even Dad and Wes got into it

How many people
can we squeeze into a picture?

Oh geez.

That was pretty fun.
Welcome back to town, Fall.

Bittersweet

Mom and Dad haven't gotten rid
of ANY of our baby things.
We have the crib, hutch,
rocking glider,
all the toys,
clothes,
3 strollers,
car seat,
exersaucer,
activity gym,
towels,
blankets,
sheets...
you get the picture:
They were able to give
all of it to Aunt Mandy and Uncle Kurt
for our cousin-on-the-way.
Mom and Dad were really happy
to pass it all along to someone.
All 3 car/truckloads.
And a little sad.
Ok, maybe more than a little.

The end of an era.

T being T

I really think I'm a big kid these days.

I'm learning to ride a bike with
training wheels

I get to eat ice cream
in the car
like my brothers

One day,
we accidentally forgot
my 5 point car seat
at home
so I got to ride in Beckett's seat...
that made my whole month!

But what I really love
is cruising around with Dad
in the Jeep.
No roof, no doors,
just me and my dad.
Livin' life right.

While we're at it...

The first side of the fireplace turned out so well,
Mom and Dad decided to tackle
the other side.
We forgot the before picture
but it was a lot like the other side
(same standard tile).

Here's halfway

and all the way

Pretty nice, right???

Mom suggested we do
the entry way wall too...

She's so happy.
Happy belated, Mom!

Soccer, soccer, soccer

Soccer season is into full swing
and with 3 of us playing this year,
weekends are pretty busy.

Beckett's team calls themselves
the Pirates this year.

You can't quite make it out
but there are some awesome
skulls on their socks

He's been playing on
the "aggressive" side
and really rocking it.
He's easily the best defensive player
on the team,
often instinctively holding
back and anticipating
where the ball is headed next

Even the rain
doesn't slow him down!

Go Pirates!

And check it out!
Jackson's back in action!

His team is
the Dragons.
They've been holding their own
this season

Jack is also
a pretty awesome defender

Dragon huddle

Soccer love

And, of course,
my Legends career
is moving forward.

I've had some pretty amazing games.
One of them
I pulled 2 Maradonas
in a row and BLEW past
my opponent.
All those skills drills
are finally paying off!

It's been fun
having B and the #3 Pryor brother
on one team
and me and the #2 Pryor brother
on another team

Lots of time for playing

and running
and general good boy fun

This particular night
was our first night game of the season.
I was SO psyched!

We've landed 2 and 2 for the season
thus far.
Hopefully we can pull off
our first winning year.
Stay tuned...

Happy birthday Kurt...with a little something extra

We love to celebrate birthdays!
There's always tasty food and
delish dessert.

This year, Kurt's birthday was no exception.
Aunt Mandy made him a cake.

We all sang "Happy Birthday"
and watched him blow out the candles
(all 31 of them...sort of)

GiGi starting cutting slices.
But there was something crunchy in it.
She didn't want to hurt Aunt Mandy's feelings,
so she powered through at first.

But when she served it up...

There were BABIES inside!
And blue (and green) sprinkles!

Know what that means???
We're going to have a
BOY cousin!!!
Congrats, Aunt Mandy and Uncle Kurt!
(oh, and happy birthday too!)

The Letter Expert

I'm sorta rocking Kindergarten.
Ok,
I'm REALLY rocking Kindergarten.

My first big project...
becoming the letter T expert.

I memorized my sentence
("Tilly turtle took a taxi")
and gathered my T items
(a little plastic
turtle, T rex, triceratops, and tiger)

And then worked on the
BIGGEST part:
They'll hang on the wall all year!

Didn't I do a great job?
