Everything is just so...weird right now.
We're all at home, all the time,
unless we venture to the cabin.
Mom goes to work.
Dad goes to the store.
Otherwise, we're at home.
BUT,
we've decided there are some silver-linings
to COVID-19.
We're all hanging out together.
Lots of outside time.
We're still getting our schoolwork done
(but it only takes about 1/3 of the time of old school!)
And lessons are a bit more fun
and interactive than they used to be
We're doing lots of art projects
both for school
and just for fun
I'm home from preschool with everyone else
but we've still been having daily lessons
with tracing
and cutting
and puzzles
(I did this one BY MYSELF!)
We've done some cooking
Had both virtual doctor's visits
and ventured out for well-checks in person
Mom even gave a hospital-wide
Grand Rounds for Mizzou...
in her boxers!
There has been a lot of screen time
and Minecraft time
but a lot of outside time too.
Definitely a weird time.
But hopefully memorable too
in it's own weird way.
