Our friends Patrick and Tori were getting married
in St. Louis this weekend
so we made a mini-vacation of it.
We started out Saturday morning
with a trip to Myseum with our friends
the Poertners
(they have 3 boys and fit in nicely!)
This place was pretty cool!
I worked really hard on this ball maze
Testing out my work
Beck and Dad played with an air cannon
knocking over a bunch of bottles
There was a vet room
A huge "seaweed" maze
And even a dinosaur dig!
Cool, huh?
We played with a photo light wall
And made some weird faces on the computer
Tucker even had a special area for kids his size
After some swimming in our very hot hotel pool,
we made it to the campground wedding
in style!
The whole thing was outside--
very pretty, but very cold!
They had this cool photo booth
I spent a LOT of time in...
Even though it was cold,
we still managed to dance and be merry
Sunday morning brought more swimming
in the very hot pool
And then the best part of the trip--
the City Center!
The pictures don't do it justice.
It is this crazy place full of tunnels
and holes to climb in.
There is a skate-less park
All sorts of bridges and tunnels to crawl through
A play area for the little guys
A 10 story and a 5 story slide!
And caves, and treehouses, and more tunnels,
and a huge outdoor playground...
I could go on and on
We had a BLAST in St. Louis!
We can't wait to come back!
